My brother and I work on running my grandpa’s old mountain lodge “Berghaus Felix” as a holiday home as soon as the Corona pandemic is over. For this reason we plan on reconstructing a few parts of the building and search for local partners who can assist us in hosting guests from Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic. We hope to share the place that still holds lots of childhood memories for us with the world to create an awesome place for people to spend their vacation at.
The “Berghaus Felix“, as my grandpa once named it is situated in the middle of the Jizera mountains in the Czech Republic. It belongs to a small village called Prichovice were people go skying in the winter and hiking throughout the summer. The nature up there is beatiful and my friends and I spend about a week there every year.
The house is great for big groups as it can host up to 12 people, has a sauna, a big garden and a nice firepit from where you can see the rest of the village. We love the place and would like to make it available to more holiday makers than just our friends.
